150噸液壓打包機使用說明：
本廠150噸液壓打包機使用68#液壓油，連接電源三相380V，額定電流為25A，安裝時要有接地保護，電機要根據(jù)所示方向運轉(zhuǎn)才能啟用，否則不能啟動。油箱加入120公斤的液壓油方可啟動使用。但當氣溫降低時液壓油濃度大，機內(nèi)的濾清器不能起到過濾作用，這時必須將濾清器拆出，待溫度恢復后，方可生新安裝使用。（注：濾清器應每月清洗1-2次）。
溢流筏-控制該機的壓力開關(guān),旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)壓手轉(zhuǎn)向右轉(zhuǎn)為增壓，向左轉(zhuǎn)為減壓，出廠前已調(diào)整好壓力。但在使用過程中調(diào)壓手輪可能有變位現(xiàn)象，導致壓力升高或降低，這時需要生新調(diào)節(jié)壓力，調(diào)壓時應在運轉(zhuǎn)中進行，同時把壓板降至*低位置，調(diào)整溢流筏的調(diào)壓手輪，調(diào)整壓力不能高于或低于壓力表所示的范圍，*佳壓力的OMPA（100KG/1cm2）。旁桿-增強壓的剛性和起導向作用，每次使用前應加油，起潤滑作用。

一、150噸液壓打包機安裝步驟
1、本機必須平穩(wěn)放在混凝土上，基礎(chǔ)視當?shù)厍闆r決定。
2、檢查油箱底部放油口是否已關(guān)閉，確定關(guān)閉后再打開油箱頂部加油口密封蓋。
注入約90KG,68#液壓油，液壓油排號視當?shù)貧鉁丶笆褂脴藴蕸Q定。[注！如果機型在60T以上，新機時必須分兩次注油，**次注入液壓油高度至油尺頂部（藍**線）。待壓板下壓至底部再加注液壓油至油尺底部（紅**線）詳細見操作說明4]
3、安裝好本機電源線,電壓及頻率視當?shù)仉娫礇Q定，（注！電機和電器配件的電壓及頻率已按客戶訂購機器時的要求配置安裝好）常規(guī)采用三相四線制，其中三條帶電源線分別接入電相內(nèi)相應的三個接線位，（圖7左）另一條為接地防漏電保護線，應緊接機體外露金屬表面，以防電器漏電傷人。
二、150噸液壓打包機操作方法：
1、通入電源：把電箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)（本機總開關(guān)）合上，先檢查三相電源電壓是否正常，（用儀表或探電筆測試）關(guān)閉電相門，查看電相門板表面紅色電源指示燈是否亮起。
2、啟動電機：把手動換向閥手柄（付圖3）往下推至*底位（機體附有操作圖標），然后把啟動按鈕NO按下（圖5右下），（注：如裝有急停開關(guān)機型的請把急停開關(guān)按箭頭方向右旋，急停開關(guān)彈出即可），（圖5右上）如正常情況下電機啟動。
3、 檢看電機轉(zhuǎn)向：（圖8）電機啟動后，手動換向閥手柄在*下位時，如壓板不能往下移。這時請必須立即查看電機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，電機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須按箭頭指示方向一致。如果電機轉(zhuǎn)向相反時則機器不能正常使用，這時應把手動換向閥手柄往上拉至中檔位。然后按下停止按鈕OFF（或急停開關(guān)按下）停止電機運轉(zhuǎn)。切斷輸入總電源，把三相電源線其中二相線互換再接上即可。再按操作1和2重新操作，（注！必須確定電機轉(zhuǎn)向是否與箭頭指示方向一致。）
