◆產(chǎn)品說明 Product description

Q37(Q75)系列吊鉤式拋(噴)丸清理機是我公司研制的一種新型設(shè)備。是在國內(nèi)外廣泛調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)用戶的實際需求而設(shè)計的。

吊鉤式拋丸機具有以下優(yōu)點：

1. 采用大拋丸量、高拋射速度的*懸臂式離心拋丸器，能顯著地提高清理率、獲得滿意的清理質(zhì)量。

2. 模擬拋射圖及拋丸機的全部圖紙均*采用計算機輔助設(shè)計(CAD)繪制，拋丸器的選用及布置更為合理。

3. 采用倍受歡迎的無地坑結(jié)構(gòu)形式，即節(jié)省了地坑基礎(chǔ)的施工費用及時間，又解決了用戶因地坑存水而造成的提升機內(nèi)的丸砂銹蝕結(jié)塊問題。

    吊鉤具有升降、運行和室內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)的功能。

4. 清理室內(nèi)采用高鉻板防護，使用壽命大大提高，外形美觀、易于更換。

自動：需拋丸處理的工件直接懸掛在吊鉤或掛架上，人工帶至拋丸室前部的牽引系統(tǒng)，吊鉤自動進入拋丸室。吊鉤進入拋丸室后，拋丸室門將氣動關(guān)閉，電氣聯(lián)鎖，以避免工件在拋丸室內(nèi)進行拋丸處理時他人誤開拋丸室門。吊鉤進入拋丸室在設(shè)定的區(qū)間位置作來回往復(fù)運動和自轉(zhuǎn)，使工件受到充分拋射，減少拋射死角。二個吊鉤、一個吊鉤在拋丸室內(nèi)拋射，另一個吊鉤可裝卸工件。拋丸處理的時間可任意調(diào)整。拋丸器停止運轉(zhuǎn)后拋丸室門打開，以帶進和帶出工件。拋丸處理中產(chǎn)生的粉塵由二級除塵器過濾排放。

Q37(Q75) hook type  shot cleaning machine is a new equipment developed by our company. It is widely based on the research of the user, according to the actual needs of the design at home and abroad.

Advantages:

1、在標準機型中，拋丸機配有手動式懸掛系統(tǒng)。

2、對于重型工件，拋丸機可選配電動葫蘆。

3、拋丸室的門有氣動或手動啟閉。

手動：本型清理機適合于鑄造、建筑、化工、電機、機床等行業(yè)的中、小型鑄、鍛件的表面清理或強化處理。特別適合于多品種、小批量的鑄件、鍛件、鋁合金鑄件及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件進行表面清理及拋丸強化，以去掉工件表面的少量粘砂、砂芯及氧化皮；亦適合于對熱處理件的表面清理及強化；尤其適合于不宜碰撞的細長、薄壁件的清理。

我們應(yīng)用拋丸清理技術(shù)來達到除銹、強化的目的，是因為拋丸清理現(xiàn)在仍然是世界上和zui可靠的方法。
